Systems TheoryMy approach to therapy is based on framework called systems theory.
What is systems theory? It is a philosophy of therapy that looks at how problems may be connected and/or maintained by the set of relationships in which a person exists. I also draw on ideas from Liberation Psychology which considers how societal and community contexts may have an influence on mental health. I use a variety of techniques in therapy aimed at trying to find what will work best for you. |
